The Central New York Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association, a premier environmental organization with connections to over 300 local environmental, health and safety professionals is sponsoring its 23rd annual Technical Conference in conjunction with the CNY Chapter of the American Industrial Hygiene Association. This year’s event will be held at The Lodge at Welch Allyn (William Noah Allyn International Conference Center), Skaneateles, NY, on March 26, 2019.

Exhibitor Opportunities:

Exhibitor space is available at the conference at these rates:

• $350 until February 22, 2019

• $375 after February 22, 2019

Morning and afternoon conference breaks will take place in the exhibit area. Exhibitors will be provided with: 

• 8’ Table top exhibit space (layout attached) which includes a 6’x2½’ covered table, two chairs, 110V electrical power and wireless

• Conference registration for one person; one additional person staffing the exhibitor’s space will be charged $50 to cover catering expenses. All others from the Exhibitor’s place of business must pay the full registration fee.

Please refer to the exhibitor booth layout to select the preferred location of your exhibitor booth (booth locations are on a first come, first serve basis).

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Four levels of sponsorship are available:  

• 1/8 - page program space for $300

• 1/4 - page program space for $375

• 1/2 – page program space for $575

• Lunch Sponsorship for $400

• Break or Room Sponsorship for $400

Sponsorship includes: 

• Acknowledgement in the Conference Program handed out the day of the Conference and on a poster in the exhibit area. Lunch and Break or Room sponsors will have a poster on those areas.

• Advertisement in the conference announcement sent to over 1500 statewide and national environmental, health and safety professionals (if payment received by February 22, 2019).

• Conference registration for one person; one additional person from the Sponsor’s organization will be charged $50 to cover catering expenses. All others from the Sponsor’s place of business must pay the full registration fee.

Cancellation Policy:
CNY A&WMA will refund 90% of Sponsor and Exhibitor's funds in the event of a cancellation prior to February 22nd. CNY A&WMA will refund 50% of Sponsor and Exhibitor's funds in the event of a cancellation after February 22nd but prior to March 2, 2019. No refund will be provided for cancellation after March 2, 2019.
