The Air & Waste Management Association of Central New York strives to provide its members with monthly opportunities
to network and exchange information. Breakfast and dinner meetings are held on alternating months. Calendar of Events
February Breakfast Meeting Our speaker, Connie Patterson from Patterson Farms in Auburn, New York. Connie will talk to us about environmental issues that face farmers in a presentation entitled "Air Quality and Manure Management 2010." Patterson Farms is a 2,500 acre, 1,800-head dairy farm that generates approximately 50,000 gallons of manure waste daily and is located in a high risk environmental area. The sixth generation is focused on improving the land and in being a good neighbor. Danielle Mettler, from the law firm of Hiscock & Barclay, will provide a legal update.

Cost: The A&WMA Breakfast Meetings are part of the annual program that the CNY Chapter conducts. Cost of the meeting is free for members of CNY A&WMA, and $10 for non-members, payable at the meeting. If you are not a member, we encourage you to become one. A local associate membership in the Central NY Chapter is only $20 per year ($10 for students).
