Donations
AWMA believes strongly in supporting other like-minded environmental organizations. In the past AWMA has donated funds to organizations such as the Girl Scouts of America, Beaver Lake Nature Center, The Museum of Science and Technology in Syracuse, and the Central New York Envirothon to name a few.
During 2024-25, the CNY A&WMA was pleased to present a donation to the Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science & Technology (MOST) . The Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science & Technology (MOST) is a hands-on science and technology museum located in historic Armory Square in downtown Syracuse. The MOST is focused on dynamic science education that engages learners of all ages and abilities.

2023 - Anglers Association of Onondaga to help with the maintenance of Webster Pond
2020 - Dave Relyea Memorial Fund. On August 11, 2020 one of our members, Dave Relyea, passed away after a valiant fight against cancer. Many of you will recall with fondness both his and his wife Julie's presence at our events and the enthusiastic conversations that emanated. A David Relyea Scholarship Fund has been established at Clarkson University. Those wishing to contribute should contact the CNY AWMA Board.
